Cookies and privacy
Learn about the portal's cookies, saved preferences and external services.
Storage in your browser
- Login and security
- A cookie keeps you signed in for up to three days and is renewed through active use. Signing out ends the session. A session cookie protects forms against misuse.
- Your display preferences
- The browser remembers selected themes, columns, map views and location filters until you change them or clear site data. A theme selected after sign-in is also saved to your profile.
- Your workspace
- Opened shortcuts and panel choices are saved for the tab. Shortcuts may contain names, numbers and icons. Signing out clears the current workspace shortcuts. Restoring browser tabs may preserve session data.
You can delete this storage in your browser's site settings. This may sign you out and reset display preferences. The startup animation does not save information in browser storage.
External services
Maps load from Google Maps and profile pictures may come from Gravatar. Logos and icons may load from external servers. Providers receive your IP address and technical request data when content loads; Gravatar also receives a code derived from the profile's email address. The assessment of these services' data processing and any consent requirements is not yet complete.
Personal data and contact
The portal processes account, access and operational information to provide and secure administration. Depending on your permissions, it may also display other users' personal data.
Details of the controller, privacy contact, lawful bases, recipients and retention periods still need to be added for each organisation. This page therefore does not yet provide the full privacy notice. Contact the organisation that gave you access.
Under applicable rules, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Rights depend on the processing involved. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
